Transcript Request

Any former students who would like their transcript sent to a postsecondary institution should:

• Send an email to mrogers@glascock.k12.ga.us and bphillips@glascock.k12.ga.us. The email must include:
  • Individual's full name
  • DOB
  • Graduation year
  • Name and full address or email address of institution where the transcript should be sent
