At GCCS, we are committed to helping every student become a successful reader.  To support students who may demonstrate characteristics of dyslexia, we provide: 

• Early literacy screening and progress monitoring 

• High-quality reading instruction aligned with the Science of Reading 

• Differentiated classroom instruction 

• Targeted interventions based on student needs 

• Structured literacy practices that explicitly teach phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension 

• Collaboration among teachers, interventionists, specialists, and families 

Additional support and accommodations may be considered based on individual student needs.
