Federal Programs Survey
We need and value your opinion as a participant in the school improvement process. The purpose of an annual needs assessment is to determine the needs of the school system in order to maintain an up-to-date plan of improvement. Your answers will help us decide how to best use federal money for instructional needs, teacher training, and will assess your satisfaction with our students’ educational experiences. The school system uses information obtained through these surveys to develop a consolidated local improvement plan. Responses will be kept confidential and you will never be identified.
The estimated time to complete the survey is between 10 and 15 minutes. Thank you very much for your help and participation!
